Nadeem gave me full support. As I wasn't the named account holder (my wife is) he made a note of the information I gave and made the process easy through the chat. I am truly graeful as I hate doing things like this (on my wifes instructions) because theres always a jobs-worth making me jump through extra hoops when I just want to submit what I've been told to submit and cross one of the many jobs of my list, Nadeem helped me do that today and I am truly grateful. This was an almost faultless switch, the easiest I have ever done!. I had a couple of questions which needed resolving but these were dealt with by Sam on the Chat facility. The Chat is one of the best I have come across in fact; it's answered very quickly and questions answered in an understandable way. So far so good!

I didn't receive an email when I first emailed and I am still waiting for the Welcome Letter. I haven't switched fully yet, so cannot comment on the whole process. Registration wise is ok, but as a low user I didn't think it necessary for me to send a bill which was requested. Odd system really, I would prefer it that they verify your Man and MPrN instead on and during registration to ensure they take over the right meter.

Using the website was easy and the plans were clear. Once I activated the switch Economy Seven got in touch with some questions which I answered and they accepted - very personal touch it seemed. Just about to go live and looking forward to it.
