I've had no problems with them and any queries about the billing are soon resolved. A year on and they are still the cheapest for my usage.

United Kingdom | 09 September 2019Always been able to get through to customer care after a bit of a wait. Direct debit reviewed to save high bills but find gas and electricity is cheaper here than other providers. If they keep there costs competitive as now I am happy to remain a loyal customer.

United Kingdom | 09 September 2019Switching was easy. I have saved a fair bit of money by changing and am happy that the energy supplied is totally renewable. I find it helpful to have a live chat facility, rather than trying to get through by phone, and on the occasions I have used it I have had instant response and my query has been sorted quickly and efficiently. My only quibble would be that I was unaware (possibly my fault?) that I should be submitting monthly meter readings - I have just had this pointed out to me, and of course it makes sense to keep readings as accurate and up to date as possible. Otherwise - great!
