United Kingdom | 11 September 2019I've notice quite a few negative comments with regards to economy Seven.... However I must admit I disagree entirely with them. From day 1 my experience with this company has been fantastic. The representatives are very pleasant and are clearly well trained and experienced in the energy sector. I had a couple of issues I needed resolving (issues didn't arise as a result of them but a third party) and they were excellent in executing a plan to rectify them. People are far to eager to leave negative reviews in todays society and not so eager to post the positive experiences. . I highly recommend Economy seven to anyone reading this. If you want great customer service, reliability, affordability and to be thought of as a person rather than a number then you should certainly consider these guys. United Kingdom | 11 September 2019I have definitely made financial savings with Economy Seven Energy. However, there is room for improvement in terms of the website & communication. For example, it would be useful to have monthly prompts by email to remind me to upload meter readings (surely that's not a big ask).

United Kingdom | 11 September 2019It helps to send in regular meter readings for accurate bills. They are not great in correcting bills retrospectively. Otherwise they are a good company to deal with.
