United Kingdom | 10 September 2019I was worried at the start as everything seemed a bit chaotic with constant changes of direct debit but things have settled down. I recently realised my meter readings had not been logged and all my bills were based on estimates. I phoned and this has been sorted and my DD lowered. I am awaiting a rebate on overpayments.

United Kingdom | 10 September 2019I have emailed the company for an explanation of why our account is so much in the black but get no replies or acknowledgement. Unfortunately in this corner of SW Wales electricity is very expensive and there is little choice so we just have to suck it up. Awful.

United Kingdom | 10 September 2019customer service is DREADFUL. you get emails about tariff increases weeks after they have been applied, demands for meter readings but no means of submitting them (account terminated apparently). really third rate outfit. BUT... prices appear decent

United Kingdom | 10 September 2019Prices are lower than most, but they are not fixed. So, they can go up in mid-contract. They rose several times in the first 3 months, but were still competitive. Two cock-ups with billing; 4 month delay in activating a direct debit left me with a hefty top-up payment. I was also being charged a different tariff from the one I signed up for. The payments are fixed, so there is little point in submitting the monthly meter readings that they request.

My monthly Direct Debit was increased to some £83 per month to cover higher electricity bills during the winter months with the promise of a reduction to some £35 during the summer months. This never happened. When I find time I will request a refund and change supplier - I can afford to to since I am £200 + in credit!
