Good 'green' credentials makes this an attractive energy supplier. Have been happy with the supply so far. Not needed to complain about anything. Website feels a little basic compared to other providers but the ability to supply meter readings online is useful. However, I would like Economy 7 to send more regular reminders to submit readings. They seemed to send these monthly when I first joined (which did feel a little excessive) but it's been about 8 months now since they sent a reminder and I haven't had a bill either in this time. This is reflected in a reduced star rating unfortunately.

Was seamless transfer over. Though after transfer wanted to double payments so you paid more in winter, less in summer (not be in atrears) but due to customers not being happy this was scrapped. Since then everything but good

There were issues with the amount of monthly standing order several months ago. I have no idea of I am in credit or debit on the estimated consumption. It would be nice to get an update as annual review must be due soon. No smart meter So I am disadvantage to monitor it I am using my solar panels generated energy efficiently

I Joined economy Seven Energy about a year ago. After the initial time of joining and having to sort out some problems ,its now greatly improved. First things were them trying to change from monthly charges which were the same all year round . To Summer and Winter charges! its now good and it's the same all year round. When contacting I've had very helpful advice and very friendly people on the end of the telephone. We are in our mid seventies and the prices are very competitive with Economy Seven Energy. Which is important to us being pensioners.

Absolutely awful service at the beginning of my switch in November 2018, a constant flow of contradictory emails, my debit debit amount fluctuated each month, at one point they wanted to double it during the summer months so I'd be ahead for the winter when I knew I would be vastly overpaying over a 12 month period. I never get reminders to read my meters which I have to do each month. To be fair after the first 5 months things have calmed down but I'll be switching as soon as I can get a better deal.

The switch was seamless. Although emails from various web sites tell us that we can save against our current spend each time we check it's found to be wrong. Our price is comparable with the best prices offered by any provider. During a web chat about reducing our direct debit due th having had a new boiler fitted we were advised that we could move to an even better tariff and save even more. No complaints at all about this supplier.

I have been with this company since May 2018 and have been very happy with them. I had to speak to their office last autumn and they were very helpful and sorted out my problem straight away.

I changed to Economy Seven Energy in Sep 2018 the problem was that a wrong gas meter reading was on my first bill ( Even though I gave them the correct reading). It showed a reading which my previous supplier could not accept as it was even before their time. This could have been easily fixed but after many Email and phone calls I got nowhere. I had trouble with the direct debit side trying to make large adjustments so I got the CAB to chase my case. It took until July 2019 to finally get it all sorted. All this being said I am now happy with the current situation and would even give them one more chance to get things right.

All good here. Economy 7 do what they say and update me regularly when prices change and the way the take payments changes. They also seem to be the cheapest gas/electric deal consistently and try to keep it that way. Website used to be a bit glitchy but it looks like that has been ironed out now.
