i have nothing but praise for this company from start to finish. i first of all got amazing free samples from them to enable me to choose my own personal choice of rug. The company also kept me updated via email of the progress of my ordered rug. My rug arrived as expected , was delivered via DHL and the male courier was so professional and placed my rug at my door and took a photo of this as proof of delivery as they were not collecting signatures from the buyer because of the DHL companies Covid rules. My rug was packaged to the highest standard and was in perfect condition when unpacked. Its been made to the highest standard possible and looks stunning in my living room. Friends and family have all asked where i purchased the rug from because they too were so impressed with high standard of workmanship put into the making of this rug. Personally I would have loved to have given a million stars because I'm in awe of the craftsmanship of this rug. Thank you so much to The Natural Rug Store from a very satisfied customer.

Very good service and I love the rug. To be fair from your point of view you did nothing wrong but your courier let you down. I waited in all day and the rug failed to arrive. At 5.15 am e mail was sent to say the address was wrong. When I phoned the courier service he agreed the number and post code were correct but the words Read and Burnley had been written twice.Iwas assured I would get the rug the next day but the courier would phone to give me some idea of his arrival time. He didn’t but fortunately I was in. I am pleased with the rug which was very well packaged. Thank you

From beginning to end, the service was first class - samples requested were sent out quickly and the quotation was clear and reasonable and was confirmed without delay. Once the order was submitted, the delivery period was immediately confirmed. Delivery took place within the period given and we were kept up to date with the dispatch as it progressed. We had been asked to nominate a date when we'd be at home to receive the delivery - we did so and it arrived exactly as promised. The product itself wasn't cheap but the quality is good and represents good value for money.

I placed an order based on being told they could do a special express delivery of 1 week. I could have gone elsewhere and saved money but o needed fast delivery. In the end the rug after after 2 weeks, completely missing the date I needed it for. When I called on day 6 to check that it was coming the next day the two guys I spoke to were arrogant. They kept talking over me and told me I was lucky to get it in 2 weeks as delivery is usually 6. Not what I signed up for and 1 week was promised at the point I paid hundreds of pounds. The rug is on - slightly off square on one corner - defs not perfect. I would avoid based on their attitude.

Perfect for my needs. I wanted a good strong - and good-looking - rug for my study. This is just what I wanted - very happy with it. I have previously bought a number of rugs from this company - and they have always been of the same high standard - no problems whatsoever and - very conveniently - made to measure. It's great to know that there are still companies out there who do what they say they will do.
