Arrived on time, and delivery process was easy. Quality of rug is very good and looks just as we had hoped, if not better. Prior to delivery I telephoned The Natural Rug Store as I needed their advice on my order. The service over the phone was excellent, very polite and efficient. It felt like good "old fashioned" service and I mean this in a good way - very personable and lovely to speak to a Company that I felt cared about and valued their customer. Excellent workmanship, service and delivery. I ordered two sea grass runners. Looking amazing. Worth getting the stain protection. Both my rugs run from the entrance hall. Had lots of rain and mud stepped into the house already (and have a puppy) and they cope extremely well. Water does not leave stains and mud - just gets brushed or vacuumed once dry. Haven’t had to use the emergency stain and spillage treatment kit yet. Saving up to get a large one for the living room. Looks great on our wooden floors,
