Great service and a quality product.

This is the second rug that I have purchased from the company - they are stylish, hard wearing and good value for money. The website is good and you really do get what you see on the pictures. Only one small gripe and that is with delivery - I could see that this had been flagged before. My rug was delivered before the arranged date! Didn't affect me - but may be a problem for others.

Choosing our rug, making the final selection, paying and receiving the perfectly packaged end product could not have been simpler. Our rug is exactly as we ordered and we are thrilled with it. I would recommend the cleaning products. On its first outing a friend spilt coffee on it! I followed the cleaning instructions, phew, there is no evidence of the accident.

Within 24 hours of laying the lovely rug my dog vomited on it. I used Dr Beckham carpet cleaner immediately and sadly all colour lifted. More cleaning instructions would be helpful.
