Great service and fantastic quality. Very happy with my new rug.

Absolutely brilliant web site. Loved my rugs, beautifully made to the size I required. One thing that upset me very much though is the way they came wrapped. I had chosen rugs that were enviromentally friendly and renewable but they came in layers and layers of plastic. They were wrapped very securely so they could not be damaged but there must be a better way than using so much plastic. Apart from this I would really recommend this firm.

The rugs I purchased were exactly what I required and of good quality. The website was very easy to negotiate. I requested samples which were with me the following day. On the whole a very good experience. Will certainly recommend them.

We are delighted with our runner. It is just what we wanted to set off our new hallway. The service was prompt and the rug was very well packed. We would certainly use this company again and thoroughly recommend them.

Great service, very quick delivery and delighted with the quality of our rug. I only haven’t given 5 stars as the rug builder on the website was difficult to use as it kept crashing when you want to change an option. But we did manage to get through the process and are really pleased with our custom seagrass rug. Would use again without hesitation.

Purchased two rugs which were due match the others we purchased several years ago since we have been very happy to date. However the weave is a bit more coarser/larger than the previous finer weave which is a bit disappointing However not in same room so not end of world Although we purchased two rugs there were dispatched and delivered separately which seemed odd/not cost effective

I am very disappointed that the border on the rug i ordered has faded very quickly and now looks awful. After sending photos and an email to the company I never even had a response. I wouldn't have chosen a dark grey border of I knew it wasnt going to hold its colour, disappointing experience after spending a lot of money on a rug and even more disappointing when they don't bother to reply to your email.

This is an excellent company to deal with. The man who dealt with me was very helpful in every respect and I am delighted with the rug which came very well packed and now sits under my piano. It looks very smart and I would not hesitate in making a further order in the future.

Beautiful carpet. The initial delivery was not made on time but the team were very helpful about arranging another delivery and went the extra mile to ensure the second deliver was at a convenient time.

Very pleased with my new rug- just as I expected. Well made and finished. Packed very well for delivery. Unfortunately it was delivered a week later than promised due to an oversight at the factory. However contacting the Natural Rug Store was easy by email and they re-arranged my delivery promptly and efficiently.
