They do exactly what they say, keep you informed and finally the funds are transferred when they say they will. I will certainly use them again.

United Kingdom | 23 April 2014I sold recently a Galaxy S3 and the funds were transferred to my account with a few days of the email acknowledgement that the payment would be processed. Based on this experience, I sold my htc One X and was accorded the same service and treatment. I chose Fonehub based on the reviews that were given them. In both instances I was paid a good price not necessarily the highest offered by others.

United Kingdom | 18 April 2014Found FoneHub using a comparison website. Bit sceptical at first (don't always believe reviews), but glad I gave them a try. Faultless from start to finish, even supplied the Freepost jiffy bag to put the phone in! I opted for payment by cheque which came within a couple of days, and was for the price agreed when registering the order. Would definitely use again and have no hesitation in recommending the company.

They seemed to offer very competitive rates compared to the more well known recyclers so I thought I'd take a punt when my contract renewed. Couldn't have been smoother, acknowledgement that they'd received my phone within 2 days, full payment in my account by the end of the week. Couldn't be more pleased/impressed. Cheers

United Kingdom | 03 April 2014Used a comparison site and FoneHub gave me the best quote so I tried them as the reviews seemed reasonable. I sent my phone cleaned and polished and has always been kept in a case plus using a screen protector so for a 3 year old phone it was in near mint condition. I even sent it to them in the original packaging. After they had received my phone and tested it, they informed me that they had revised my quote to more than 50 pounds less as they claimed it was still locked and that it had a problem with the home key. I responded with an email disagreeing with their findings and asking for my phone to be returned. I received an almost generic email back saying that my phone had been re-checked and that they were happy with their evaluation but they revised their offer by an extra 10 pounds. They also offered free return of my phone if I wasn't happy with the revised offer. After checking the costs of repairing "said" problems I sent an email back trying to compromise with them over costs as I felt that would be less problematic than having to get my phone returned and start the process again with another company. If they were not prepared to meet the quote then I once again asked for the prompt return of my phone. What do you think I got back? The exact same near-generic email with a revised quote for another 10 pounds more (This was still more than 30 pounds less than the original quote). I responded asking them to either meet my price or return my phone. At this point it was finally agreed that they would return my phone to me but now they added the caveat that free delivery would be by royal mail recorded delivery but that this service only provides 50 pounds of insurance and to get it sent special delivery I would have to pay 5 pounds to cover it. This was my response: Thank you for your response. I will be glad to have my phone back after this complete waste of my time (and my money) by your company. I will be grateful to receive my phone back in the exact same condition I sent it to you in (including the original box). If you cannot guarantee that via recorded delivery, then I suggest you pay for special delivery as I did when sending it to you. Please do not think that I will hesitate to file a case with the small claims court if there is any problem with the return of my phone. Regards The phone was sent by recorded delivery and fortunately was intact on my arrival. What it wasn't though was clean. It was absolutely filthy with print marks all over the screen. Which makes me question how these phones are handled when they are inspected by fonehub. I think they should remember that until they actually pay for the phone it is still my property and should respect it as such. There you go people, that is my experience with them. Hazard it if you dare as there are some reviews which have been entirely happy with their service but don't say i didn't warn you if you get messed around like i did. If you're wondering what happened with my phone after all this. I went back to a comparison site and found that fonehub had dropped their quote for my phone significantly and another competitor had taken over top spot. I had used this company before with no problems and as expected they received my phone and paid me the exact original figure quoted, only 1 pound less than fonehubs original quote. No hassle. Also, I noted that they were prepared to pay exactly the same amount for locked phones as unlocked phones. So please shop around.

United Kingdom | 01 April 2014They offer the best prices for a reason and that is once they have your phone they offer a reduced price, in my case they offered £40 less because a two year old phone had scratches on the case. Wish I had just stuck with Mazuma like I have previously.

I received a freepost jiffy bag through the mail a couple of days later and sent my phone to them the next day. After a couple if days I received an email stating a payment had been sent to me and two days later that payment appeared in my account not a penny short of what I was expecting. Highly recommend fonehub to anyone.

I got a freepost envelope the next day, and the money was paid into my account a few days later. I got an acknowledgement of receipt, and later that the order had been processed. So I searched the recycle price, was surprised that it was nearly my asking price, but without the hassle of selling. It wasnt the top comparison price, but the reviews of Fonehub swayed it, and they seemed very fair when offering to return the phone to people with an axe to grind. I had no issue, payment for full quote and emailed along the way with notifications. WIll use again in the future and recommend,
