I was offered a much better price on my Galaxy S2, the post paid envelope arrived within a couple of days, I posted on Saturday and was emailed on Monday that they had received it. I hadn't heard anything by Tuesday afternoon so I rang and was told it was an oversight that I hadn't been emailed but I was receiving the full amount by BACS, which was in my account 2 days later. I will certainly use them again as their price paid was about 50% higher than most buying companies and at least 30 % better than their nearest competitor that I found. Well worth all 5 stars.

After looking around I found that fonehub provided the best price. They also post out a jiffy envelope for free and accept accessories. The receipt of the phone was acknowledged via email and I received a cheque a couple of days later. After using the website twice I'll definitely think about using it again and would highly recommend it.

Like all the other reviews I wish I found this site before sending my phone into them, they make up false issues about the camera when I've used it fine and had no issues with the handset. Can't believe a company like this can be allowed to trade, they should offer the price shown and stop making up bullcrap.

As I have since read by other reviewers the best price offered originally but then its reduced due to a fictitious camera fault which definitely did not exist call it what you like but this is a dishonest misleading practice

Offered the best price of £40 for my partners phone then we got a cheque through the post for £10. They said they had revised their offer as the phone was damaged. This was simply not true and after reading other reviews I can see they do this a lot. We declined their revised offer and asked for the phone to be returned. They refused by saying that we hadn't responded within the two day period which started when they had sent an email to us that had gone straight into our junk mail folder. Two days is a ridiculously short time period for customers to respond and I think they know exactly what they are doing. Please save yourself a lot of hassle by not using this company, go elsewhere and get a decent price for your phone.

You are always wary when trying something new, however nothing ventured!! Phone hub offered me the best price for my phone after trying various comparisons. So I went online entered my details, downloaded my free post label . 48 hours later I posted my phone and 72 hours after that I had the money in my bank. Result. I was very pleasantly surprised. I would definitely return to this site.

I have always been quite weary of these sites, but i was surprised how much i could get for my phone and how easy it is to claim the money. Its exactly what it says on the tin, so easy and didnt cost me a penny!!!! Highly recommend!!!
