I can not thank Rachael enough, she was so kind, calm and helpful with my contract issue and sorted the problem with out a fuss. She called me to check I was ok and that the line was working correctly and kept me informed every step of the way. 5* is not really enough, it was like talking to a friend. Thank you Rachael.

Chloe helped me with a difficult network provider issue that took several weeks to resolve, she was professional and supportive throughout and eventually working with the Network provider everything was resolved successfully. Chloe is very responsive and always friendly and communicates very clearly, I’m very grateful for her valuable support.

I can’t wait to get out of my contract. I am a small business with no internet now for 8 weeks I was over sold a fancy system I didn’t need now I am lumbered with it paying for something that either I don’t have ( internet) and fancy gadgets I simply do not need. The response time and communication has been awful.

I needed to increase my data cap whilst on holiday in the US and Bailey understood and dealt with this quickly and efficiently so I was able to pick up the items I needed to whilst abroad.

Nevarda Weekes from Ice Comms is my go to guy, best customer service I have ever recieved from any communication company, no problem ever to big he will always find a way to resolve / fix it, polite, helpful, also keeps to his word, returns calls replies to emails, keeps you up to date, great customer service to the point this guy even sorts phone issues out for me when the telephone company im with can not, thats how dedicated he is to his job, and thats why our company are moving back to Ice comms and will remain, I wish we never got moved in the first place.
