As a small business this company came in a sold us the stars. Once contracts were signed, money was spent it was clear this system was not made for rural settings. Our phones lines would drop out and you can't make calls when you want as the lines are 'synchronising' or 'out of range'. The internet would drop out and be 'dead' for long periods of time. The company sent out different sim cards and we re-booted systems. We did EVERYTHING and nothing worked. We eventually bought in a new internet system and still pay for ICE, their contract is so long with no scape clause for their non-working service. READ THE SMALL PRINT-they get you! After 24months we have no pay back scheme and the prices are still astronomical. They have contracted us to a third party which we also cannot get out of. HORRENDOUS SERVICE. Staff are really polite on the phone but that's the only positive.

Nevarda was really helpful in setting up our cloud phone system and answered any queries I had quickly and efficiently.

After reading negative reviews I was very doubtful about his company. I am happy to say we were wrong and we have recently renewed our business phone contract with Ice for another 3 years. Mark R has been extremely helpful with every query and come back to us quickly and efficiently. Thank you for all your help.

We had a fault on our line, which was solved within 24 hours by a BT engineer. Summer in Ice Comms support was brilliant, really helpful on the phone and kept me updated at every step. Thank you for getting the problem sorted for us so quickly!

Rachael handled my enquiry with speed and efficiency. She told me what she was going to do and did it all in a timely manner to resolve my issue. Customer service at its best!

You cannot avoid massive charges if you would like to leave early. I would NOT recommend

This company are a total rip off ! Avoid at all costs. We had a contract for 3 phones for my business. We paid the final bill when the contract was up. I specifically asked if everything was now settled and we had no more to pay, which they confirmed. I have received a court letter today claiming over £1000’s. See you in court , absolute charlatans……

So far my experience with Ice Communications has been good, dealt with Jasmin, Naomi and today with Chloe all of them have been quick in response and have had great customer services. Thank you ladies.

Now having been in this contract for two years, one to go and cannot wait to be rid of these horrible people. It would appear I am merely renting my phone! So this will have to go back to them at the end of the contract! The contract was supposed to be cheaper than my last supplier, this is far more expensive. Do not trust them with your phone service. Go direct to the phone service provider and see what you can get direct. 11 months and counting, until I can get to a phone supplier who cares

We received a new phone to our company and it needed setting up from ICE comms. I sent over an Email and i had a lovely women called Rachael who helped me get things sorted. She went above and beyond when i didn't know certain things. I would definitely recommend the company as long as i get Rachel again haha.
