I was unable to login to my Horizon account to enable me to access the work phone (I suspect user error may be partially at play). I contacted the support team via email and a very efficient and friendly lady called Summer got me up and running far faster than I had hoped for. Can't fault the customer service, thank you Summer for your help :-)

David has been great at following up and making sure that queries are addressed quickly.

I just had a very rude cold call from a gentleman in this company. Never used ICE Comms before or enquired about their services and when I asked why I was receiving a call out of the blue I got a very rude response about my mood. When I asked for my number to be removed from the system I was told ‘I will call you again in 2 weeks and hopefully you’ll be in a better mood’. Very poor.

I highly recommend ICE Comms. Despite some signal strength issues on our initial switchover, they have worked tirelessly hard to ensure we have had a successful resolution. Recently, we had a SIM issue that turned out to be a defective new handset (purchased direct from O2). Chloe went above and beyond to assist us. We are extremely grateful of their fantastic customer support.

Summer was able to fix my issues today. She sorted the Horizon app as well as the voicemail message center issue very quickly. I’m happy with my service.

We have recently upgraded our landline. Nevarda had the patience of a saint dealing with me and the switch over went very well. Nevarda communicated well with us all the way through the set up process and he sent across an easy to use guide.

Very helpful and called back straight away with a resolution.

I have communicated with Caitlin several times. She has always been extremely helpful and courteous. she dealt with my query in a quick and efficient manner.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! Sales guy completely lied about what the contract was, telling me i would have a new phone every year and the price i would pay would stay the same etc. phone bill was coming in at HUNDREDS per month for going slightly over on my data allowance and nothing i could do about it. Do not trust them or Daisy comms that took over my contract
