He was incredibly friendly and pleasant to talk to - and made feel not nearly as bad as he should have when the resolution ended up being simply: 'turn it off and back on again'. We occasionally have internet issues at our location which is caused by faults at the box. On many of these occasions I have dealt with Simon Ward at Ice Comms who is always happy to help. They also follow up to check that A, the issue is resolved and B, it hasnt come back some time later.
