United Kingdom | 02 August 2024I am leaving a review for this company based on my experience of taking a landline and a 4G router contract with them. My biggest learning point from a really awful experience with this company is to remember that when you are entering a business contract with them, that you do not have the same rights as individuals/consumers. There is no cooling off period. Once you enter the contract it is final. Their telesales connected me to a salesperson who discussed with me a 4G router instead of traditional broadband as our service is poor in our area. Despite promising me on the phone that they would help me with this untested kit, which gave me the confidence to trial it, the set up did not work for us, was worse than broadband, and i had no way to get out the contract. Incidentally i requested the recordings of our phone calls to prove this conversation and unsurprisingly they have been deleted by mistake. What makes it worse is that i was ignored over several weeks looking for assistance, promises were made for call backs that never materialised. I took my complaint to the Ombudsman and basically because its a contract it cant be cancelled, they have been directed to give me compensation and a written apology. The customer service has been so so poor, leaving me very anxious at the experience. I am now left with a two year contract I cannot use. They are basically allowed to missell over the phone and you cannot trust it, because what you sign for in the contract is what you are left for, nevermind what they have promised you over the phone. Avoid this company, i checked the reviews on here before going with them. Maybe my experience is isolated? I cannot believe it with the number of times i wasnt given a reply, was promised a call that never came, was missold over the phone, was promised a handset that never came, had one contract cancelled (the one that worked fine) but never was even informed it had been cancelled. United Kingdom | 01 August 2024Absolute pain in the backside company, they make endless sales calls even when you say you are not interested, someone else will call the following day, having to repeat the same thing over and over and over again, even contacted head office to get it stopped after it happening year on year around the same time. Got another call yesterday, let him off, he said he would inform the manager to once again get a block on our number, then today just had yet another sales call. Its for this reason we would never even think about dealing with them, if they don't even know who they are calling day in day out, why would anyone trust them running an account for them. This is not an isolated incident, its been going on for the last 3-4 years.....when we did actually send info for a price a few years ago we never ended up getting a quote anyway, but hope you don't get on their radar as they never leave you alone.... How hard is it for a company to take NO for an answer.

United Kingdom | 22 July 2024I’m gutted typical sales person selling you a mint deal only to find out you pay two companies instead of one you have to activate your discount by sending an invoice to them not being clear with what needs to be done it took me four weeks to find out about this constantly chasing them up never really getting any answers when you finally get through to people they’ll say they’ll find out and ring you back but never do absolutely gutted I moved over to this company.
