United Kingdom | 11 April 2025If you’re thinking of signing a business contract with ice comms, please do not do it. Firstly as soon as we received our sims (4) and phone (1), the network we were chose (O2) was absolutely horrendous. The connection was incredibly slow you couldn’t even open a webpage. After around a month, the issue was finally resolved and it turns out that 5G was not activated on any of the sims. While I can respect that this was not the fault of Ice Comms but rather O2 themselves, the network should have been on the case and give fast replies to ensure this issue was resolved as soon as possible. Secondly, the account manager takes the absolute mick to reply. I emailed about an incorrect amount taken from my account on the 2nd of April and it’s now the 11th and I have heard no reply at all. This is not a one off. I emailed about an issue prior to this on the 6th Feb and the account manager replied on the 11th. He mentioned that he was away for a week and that another person would take over my issue but no one had responded to anything. In the early days of signing the contract they would reply straight away but slowly the replies disappear completely. Thirdly, the whole business contract is incredibly incredibly confusing. First I have to send a discount invoice to ice comms in order to get the amount that was agreed before this was all mentioned. And if you forget to send it then O2 take out far more than what was agreed!! And then ice comms send you the discount to your bank a few days before the bill is taken out? I’m not sure if I even got it correct this time as I’m still confused about all this. The wrong amount was taken out of my bank account, more than what was agreed! And now the account manager won’t even reply. This is a complete violation of the contract as they have taken out more than what was mentioned in the contract and now they won’t even reply to fix this matter. Multiple emails have been sent and there is still no sign of a reply. I suggest anyone who is looking to sign a contract with them to stay far far away from them. Incredibly confusing contract terms, confusing the way it all works, non existent account managers as they disappear once you have an issue, very slow service and overall a extremely bad experience ever since I had signed the contract.

The service has been brilliant and they went above and beyond to resolve any issues we had at the start (caused by us!) We also then had a 3 month review which was a nice touch to see how we are getting on! Highly Recommend.

United Kingdom | 03 April 2025I recently had a terrible experience with Ice Communications ltd From the start, their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I faced constant calls and emails from them, and every time I called for support, I was put on hold for ages, only to be transferred from one representative to another without getting any real solutions. Additionally, their billing practices are confusing and misleading. I was charged for services I never agreed to, and it took multiple calls just to get a told "it's with the legal team" every time. Overall, I feel frustrated and let down by Ice Communications. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable telecommunications. Save your time and money and go with a more reputable provider. they want 43k for nothing, no phones no lines absolutely nothing what so ever, AVOID AVOID AVOID.

United Kingdom | 28 March 2025This company are con artists, just asked for termination fee for 2 months of contract left(although they are stating 3 months which is incorrect) and our monthly bill is around £500 and they want £17000.00 plus , they have ripped us off constantly over the last 3 years and we cannot wait to get rid of them, heaven knows how they have got 5 star rating.
