Where do I start. Avoid this company. They will bankrupt you. They make false claims and promises and charge you the earth in hidden fees and costs. They make it extremely hard to leave them, and as service providers I would rate them up there with the worst I have ever known.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!! Don't sign any phone agreement with them! You will be tied in with them & the Invoicing is through them not your network provider. You can't speak directly to your network provider either so your only contact times are monday - Friday 9-5 if its over the weekend you have to wait until their next working day. I was tied to a 3 year year contract & after extorionate invoices i was so glad when it came to an end. I was warned about how bad they were just after signing their contract so literally 5 minutes after that I asked to cancel it & they wouldn't let me. The sales man wouldn't even take my calls!! They have a very hard selling tactic & don't take no for an answer!!

As always, ICE Comms go above and beyond. David Smith calls me once a quarter to check everything is as it should be and whether we need anything. He's always polite and helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
