United Kingdom | 02 November 2023Please do ignore this company They are full of sh.. i got a contract from them 3 years ago 18mounth a go i I didn’t renew my contract they supposed to give the hansed for free they lie to me got me on a finance for £121.30 plus vat a mouth plus £142 plus vat for line rental they tald me we going to give me a discount askd me for invoce then came back to me we have to pay monthly by DD now i am stuck with them for 18 months till contract runs out if is ask them for new handsets thy asking me to renew the contract for 3 yers please do not tryst then don’t ket your self in trubel Rip-offs I whant to cancel the contract they whant me to pay for it in full over £2500 just to cancel. Please go away from them

United Kingdom | 31 October 2023I have now served my time with IceComms and the unhelpful 02 network, and will now reply to the response fromIceComns several months back, they stated that I was happy to sign a new contract in September 2020, I have never said I'm happy with being forced into signing a contract without which my bills for 3 sims would be through the roof, only one person in the whole of the Ice Comms buisness who always tried to help was Robyn, all the others aren't worth a mention

I had an issue with our current internet provider and telephoned customer support and spoke to KATIE. Her patience and understanding were great and really gave me confidence in my decision in appointing ICE as my new comms provider.

Nothing that was verbally agreed was based on fact once I signed , def my own fault for not checking the contract , this was set up in the most confusing way possible with payments and repayments etc etc. They are contractually correct, I am the buffoon for not checking that the verbal agreement matched the actual contract but it def leaves a sour taste

United Kingdom | 25 October 2023Initial contact and service was prompt and all sounded very good. However as soon as i signed the contract that all stopped. Horrendous service for a communications company they are extremely poor at communicating. Expressed my disappointment and was contacted by them and they promised alsorts to rectify the situation which I agreed but then as soon as the new contract was signed nothing but issues and little to no support or contact again. We are now over paying for what was finally agreed. An absolute Shambles and despite my repeated attempts to contact for help sort out the situation I still have not had any contact or support. Can't wait for the contract to end and it's only just started biggest mistake Ive made should never had swapped from my previous mobile provider. Don't be fooled by their upbeat sales team.
