Been stuck with Ice for over 4 years now. Finally getting to the end of the sentence and asked them how much to finish the contract 3 WEEKS early, their response, "£500 consultation fee and £250 admin fee per line", 7 phones makes it £2250 + whatever else they decide to add onto the bill. Wish I could say I was surprised, but I'm not!

We have changed to Ice Comms after being charged for many years an extortionate rate with Babble who were most unhelpful. We have dealt with a very efficient member of staff Kaya. Our move has been easy and well explained. Would certainly recommend.

Summer has been very responsive to my set up and onboarding, swiftly helping me with any issues or teething problems. My main reason for switching provider was customer service, and I'm happy to say that ICE & Summer are providing very good customer service so far
