Very misleading company with many hidden charges if you want to leave. ICE coms are trying to charge me a £250 per number release fee, £500 consultation fee, re charging the hardware fun I have paid for again. For 1 number they want over £4k to leave… Also trying to charge me for discount I haven’t received. At the end of my contract I will be gone!

Changed from a well known third party to ICE last month, couldnt of been an easier process. Would recommend.

And what are those consequences? Massive costs for the remaining 18 months of your contract. It’s a lose-lose situation, and they know it. 😤 Final Verdict Avoid this company like the plague. Their tactics are shady, their prices are exorbitant, and their customer service? Non-existent. Don’t fall into their trap.
