David Smith of Ice Telecoms has assisted me recently with a query, first of all what a really nice guy to talk to over the phone, very attentive with my query and had a solution quickly.

Terrible to deal with. September 2023 out of the blue my bill doubled with no prior notice. I made many call to ICE, told someone would call me back, no call back until near the end of November. I was rushed in to signing a new contract at the end of November, this would bring my bill down to just under £400 rather then around £650. Contract signed and I am still paying around £650. I am still contacting ICE for updates etc, not getting far. ICE have been very rude in the past, they stated that we must be going over our usage, I have sent in the proof of usage months ago, yet still paying way over the contract. This is a small company and can not afford to be ripped off. Could this be a breach in contract by ICE?

I have not had the best onboarding but had amazing experience with Simon Ward who has always been there to help out including with matters that are irrelevant with his department. We are still waiting on our buy out funds and im hoping that they will be with us by end of next week. Had some troubles with VOIP service and Ice Comms have attended our premises to resolve asap! Purchase an IPhone 14 Pro Max, described as grade B. The phone arrived well packaged, when I opened the box the phone was in great condition, no scratches on the screen at all, just a very little mark on the side. I would say the phone was in better condition than described so very happy with the purchase and service. I would definitely buy again.
