Would not recommend at all having issues with handsets recommended and provided by Ice Coms and being told its not there problem i have to contact the manufacturer myself to sort the issue. Couple of people are trying to help David and Madison are actually very helpful but being brought down by others who just are not interested in helping at all. So annoyed as they were very promising at the begining.

Really good and efficient communication from ICE staff (both Abbee and Nikita). Friendly, helpful, and followed up where actions required by other sections within ICE Comms. Emails answered promptly and with explicit information about progress of query. Query itself being resolved although resolution could perhaps have been quicker.

Fast and efficient in fixing our service. David Smith who dealt with the problem initially was friendly and professional and passed the issues on to the correct people to get sorted quickly. I also got a follow up call to make sure everything was ok.

How can this company continue to harm businesses… daylight robbery! What they are doing to my businesses is beyond cheating. And they still have the audacity to ring and ask me for an 18 month review with options when you are not satisfy from 1 month into the awful contract. I was on a normal deal before I move in with this company: eternal regrets DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
