Just an update on my grievance with ICE Comms. It started with a slick salesman and I signed a contract with out reading all the terms etc (my fault) and before I knew it I was tied in to an expensive 3 year contract. I then asked for the recorded conversations to consider a legal case but guess what, its a third party that records your calls (it that allowed under GDPR? so starting a complaint with the ICO about this as they can not get any of my call recordings.. they have lost them!!! poor service although the person trying to help me, is trying to be helpful. The potential to 'mis selling' and lack of due process is a big failing of this company. I am sure they are helpful to others but not in this case.. what a mess but I will keep you updated and suggest you read all the terms and not be pressured into signing quickly so they can hit their bonuses..

Having many issues in moving from our previous supplier and us not being very technical, Mark drove to our office and sorted it for us. He has been on hand over the phone constantly giving us updates and helping in anyway he could up even calling us 5 minutes ago to say that the issues should be resolved! He really has been a gem.. fingers crossed the full transfer happens without dramas!
