I had problems with the router at first and Summer rang each day to see what she could do and organise testing and checking, then a new router. I am pleased to get things sorted and pleased that the customer support was on top of the situation all the time.

Costs double at the apparent mid term review and an upgrade is not offered without a new contract at a higher cost than the original one. Absolute cowboys
