Absolutely disgraceful! We cancelled our contract as we unfortunately had 3 lines with them. 2 of which haven't been used in years. Ice comms have cancelled just the one that i moved to a new network and have continued to charge me for the other 2!! They stated it was because pac codes hadn't been used to transfer the other lines to a new network. Why would we do this if the 2 lines in question are not in use?! We have had so many issues with this company and they have continually shown that they do not wish to resolve any matters and do not care about their customers, telling us that cancelling a contract doesn't mean ceasing the line! Well it does mean that you no longer wish to be in contract, so should not be paying anymore charges! We have unwillingly been stuck in this contract for too long and cannot wait to have nothing more to do with this scam of a company.
