A despicable organisation with seriously flawed processes that they don’t even follow. The staff are fine but reading from the same script devised by their truly awful management. Be wary of this bunch of snakes as they will shaft you if you’re not on top of them. We signed up for a business contract for some mobile phones. Unlike other contracts we’ve had where the handsets are included with the price, you will need to also pay a leasing fee to another company on top of the phone bills you pay to ICE. To balance this out they offer you a relatively large discount but read the small print as it’s only in place for a limited period. Our discount was due to expire after 19 months but also stated in the contract was a review point coinciding with the expiration of the discount. When you’re running a small business you tend to forget things like this and rely on the provider to instigate the review. Not ICE. They just let it run on and you end up paying huge bills to them and a leasing company for old mobile phones. They tried to bill us high amounts and when you query it they shut you down with corporate nonsense then threaten you with their legal team. I can only assume the positive reviews on here are false and created by bots. The above is only one of many issues we’ve had with them. Avoid like the plague people. Management of this company should be ashamed - a bunch of snakes out to screw honest hard working businesses. The customer facing staff are mostly fine but just reading from a script.

Jamie has gone above and beyond in assisting me in sorting the mobile phones. Nothing was too much trouble and no question left unanswered. Looking forward to a long term relationship between us and the provider.

Never thought I'd be writing a review for Ice Comms but I've got to give credit where credits due for Bailey. He's the saving grace for the company during my experience. It was quite messy and there were a lot of communication issues but Bailey really took ownership of my account and made sure all the issues were resolved as quickly as possible. He was always available to help me and made sure we got to the bottom of the issues. My advice would be to request one account manager who's planning to see through your entire transaction right at the beginning of your journey.

We were switching the business mobile phone provider and Niamh and her colleagues were very helpful and efficient, answering all the questions we had and making the whole experience flowless. The process was quick and straightforward. I would highly recommend ICE Comms for your business partner.

Very helpful and supportive, got us set up nicely with new VOIP and Fibre Broadband. From Dan getting us a good deal and bringing us on board, to Adam helping get our software only VOIP system up and running, giving me some training, and sorting the myriad of questions I had, to Summer who helped and gave timely updates on the broadband install, I haven't got any complaints. We had one issue regarding the broadband transfer that I put down to a genuine error, but ICE comms worked hard to help resolve it quickly, and keep us online in the interim.
