She then contacted Vodafone on my behalf and dealt with my issue for me until resolved. This was a huge help, as it saved me loads of time waiting on the line to talk to Vodafone myself. She was informative, coming back to me via email with regular updates. Nikita provided a 5 star service and I was very impressed by this.

United Kingdom | 25 March 2024Not going to ramble on here as I see someone else has done this below but basically hidden in their sales process is the term to increase their charges after 18 months where they will come after you to sign a new deal. At no point was this mentioned and I have numerous emails where I wanted to check I was getting the right deal. Luckily I managed to negotiate a 2 year deal and won’t be renewing.
