This company answer phones promptly, communicate great with email. Dealt with Madison. O2 however were diabolical. Horrendous to deal with, wasted hours of my life back and forth just to get a PAC code. Would not stop trying to retain me. On hold for far too long.

We have been using ICE Comms for almost a year and I have found them to be excellent. Their Customer Services team, and in particular Grace are always quick to respond to my queries. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for telephony solutions.

Very cleverly enticed in to a 3yr contract.. It's a valuable lesson about reading the fine print. I have less than a 2month period remaining now on a contract whereby I am paying upways of £250 a month for 3 year old phones. Granted the option was to gain a new phone after 18months at this price but unfortunately that would just renew the 3year contract. Forever in a cycle of paying high prices for rental contracts. The fact that you are bascially handed to the provider thereafter and pay separate confusing bills for finance companies and the provider is ridiculous. I don't know if there is a preference for O2 but I felt a bit pushed onto their tarrifs and the coverage is awful on the whole. The staff are friendly and they do reply well. There is that and I won't hold that against them. The final straw however as we are 2months from the end of the contract on old phones has provoked this review. I was looking for some leeway considering we have probably paid around £7000 - £8000 for these contracts in total.. (I know!) but it appears I have been served with yet more T's and C's stating some ludicrous figures (£500 per consultation per handset! to be repaid.. - All the "discount", remaining 2 months to be paid plus a further 60%!!! how is it all justifiable) Basically a further unbelieveable £3651 inc VAT to gain 2 months back to get a working phone from somewhere else. My advice would be stay very well clear of anything like this. I've learnt my lesson.

As a business we joined ice 3 years ago and the port wasn't done correctly. For 8 weeks we could not receive incoming calls. The contract had been with Vodafone and we moved to 02 on the recommendation of ICE. Both network provider blamed each other and in the end it was indeed Vodafones issue. They offered us nothing. 02 offered us £250 for 8 weeks of our customer being unable to call for new or repeat business. ICE sat on the fence. It was a poor enough start but what has transpired since is that ICE as our third party support had done no due dalliance and the network we were now on 02, had very poor coverage in our area. Despite repeated attempts to discuss with them all ICE have ever tried to do is offer technical support which, no surprise, changed nothing, or stick to "contract says no". We have 2 more months left and i will then be giving notice on all of our mobiles and going to EE directly, as having checked, they have the best coverage. And i will NEVER, EVER go to a third party provider again. They did actually come back to me but only addressed the issue that I already said was Vodafone's. ICE chose to completely ignore what I had said about their due diligence of making sure they put us on a network that had coverage and then their lack of accountability other than a contract enforcement thereafter when we were tied into a network whereby 75% of the time we have no coverage. The experience doesn't get any better!! Now nearly 18 months into my contract, suddenly my "discount" is ending so my monthly price nearly doubles. When I spoke with Jonathan Lee at Ice Comms there was never a mention that my contract would go up halfway through the agreement. No transparency whatsoever I don't understand how companies like these can still trade with these practices. Awful In response to your message, I mention no transparency as when I was initally sold to I was not told: The discount was only for 18 months That I would have to settle my old contract first and then invoice you for the monies That rather than paying the agreed amount I would have to pay a higher amount then invoice Ice to get the money back Maybe you should spend some time investing in training your staff to sell professionally rather than hoodwinking customers into deals In my experience companies that jump straight to the defence of terms and conditions know the issues they face. Why not put the whole matter to bed by sharing the call recordings of the sales conversation that would surely show that I am incorrect? Oh thats right when I asked for them they had been deleted 🤔🤔
