Ebay profile go2327 Brought a samsung s21 ultra and so glad I used ice coms.the phone arrived the next day which was very important as my old phone was not working properly, well packaged and the phone was grade b but in excellent condition, I was a bit worried as have brought phones online before and had bad experiences, but after reading the reviews for ice coms I decided to use them,it was a good choice, the phone was exactly as discribed and actually better than I expected, great communication, if all the phones are like this and the delivery is the next day I would most definitely recommend ice coms,very very happy and thankyou, it's good to use a company that seems like it cares about its customers and the quality of the products, keep up the good work.

It has been a great pleasure working with the team at ICE to transfer 20 staff from old provider to new mobiles and landline. From dealing with Dan in sales who gave us a great deal and had lots of patience, to setting up landline with Simon, to the most smooth line transfer with Niemh we were given great service. They basically mis-sell products and are rude when this is highlighted. A VERY expensive mistake. We were given another number on our account we neither wanted or needed but were assured it would cost us nothing. Well, after 18 months it did because I did not want to stay with this company any longer than I needed to. Their assurances mean nothing, so be careful dealing with this company. When you receive a response to your complaint it is rude and condescending. We are still waiting for them to refund us for money taken because they did not cancel the number when we finished our contract.

Been with Ice for about 6 years now. Amazing service and support throughout.

They phone up offering a better deal Cashback etc but then sign you into a long contract that you can’t get out of, they add SIM cards where not needed as they say it’s to get the bill down but then after the Cashback period you end up paying through the roof for contracts you don’t use, then they say well we can put you in another contract but will just prolong the money you have to pay, stay well clear and just go to a provider direct and not these vultures.

Today I dealt with Summer and I couldn't of asked for any better a service. She was polite, helpful and got done exactly what I asked.
