The purchasing experience was very enjoyable and was really impressed with their premises. I was made to feel very welcome on the day of picking up my Bentley GT. Sadly I had a handful of small but obvious faults that showed up as soon as I was driving home (analogue clock not working, washer jet inoperative and found out that the parking sensors were faulty as soon as I parked on my drive) However when I raised these issues with Auto100 one of their directors reacted immediately and expressed his disappointment (explained to me that this should have never happened) All the faults have now been rectified. Therefore I conclude by saying 'Wonderful stable of vehicles - excellent aftersales support.

Excellent service. Extremely knowledgeable team, great customer service and a very smooth handover process. Worth visiting for them for the car collection alone, but you won’t find a better specialist dealership.

Having arranged to view the vehicle I wasn’t disappointed, it was a described, Very well prepared and was nice to view in doors. Having agreed to collect with the salesman (Richard) who I emailed on the morning of the collection to a genetic email saying he’s not available for a few days. I do feel a courtesy call would have been a little more professional. Dealing with Lewis who picked me up from train station was superb, He answered all questions and couldn’t do enough, even sorting my private number plate with dvla. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THIS SHOULD BE A ZERO STAR REVIEW! They agreed to purchase my R8 Spyder through Car Wow and I’ve waited 2 weeks for them to come and collect it. The drivers arrived looking like they’d been dragged through an edge backwards with a Land Rover pickup with a trailer on the back to put the vehicle on which I thought was odd considering the car value. Anyway long story short they walked around the car and made a phone call and then came back to me saying the dealer was now offering £1500 less than originally agreed and asked if I wanted to re negotiate.. I asked why and they said there was a ‘big gouge’ out of the front of it and it needed tyres and paint (it was MOT’d 2 weeks ago and hasn’t been driven since. (I’ll add pictures as to where the vehicle also needs the paint apparently, brace yourself 😅)..also bear in mind this vehicle is 7 years old and has only done 16k miles and if these were the only marks they could find I think you’ll agree it is testament to good ownership. The company is laughable and if they’re like that when they’re buying a car I dread to think what they’d be like if you ever had issues after they’d sold you one. I posted the pictures on a Google review of the laughable damage and they replied saying I hadn’t shown the full extent of the damage to the grill which I wish I could go back and also take pictures of because there isn’t anything there, they also agreed to pay the cost agreed now and I’ve told them to swivel. Bunch of morons AVOID.

Amazing customer service, highly knowledgeable and trustworthy. From the initial contact to purchasing and picking up the vehicle. I’m over the moon with my car and will definitely be purchasing any other vehicles in the future from here. Highly recommend.

From start to finish Richard and the team at Auto100 were just superb. I am quite a needy client wanting to look at various options and costs and nothing was to much trouble. Richard Hirons dealt with my initial inquiry promptly giving me all the information on the car I required. Arranged a viewing a few days later did a deal and picked the car up the following weekend. The experience was enjoyable and picking the car up was a joy. Lewis Goodwin assisted with the financial side and made sure everything to do with the car was in the pack. The car looked fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them.

After months of searching I found the perfect Jaguar F-Type Convertible at Auto 100, even the 4 hour round trip was worth it as the car is simply stunning.
