I bought a car from Auto 100 in July and the initial sales experience was good. 3 months warranty was offered on the car which I was not given a copy of until I had a problem!! After 2 months the car developed a fault which no specialist company would entertain. This meant going to a Porsche dealer. The car had only covered just over 500 miles and I had to wait nearly 1 month to get it into porsche. Once there 2 coil packs were diagnosed as failed. That is when the warranty detail was sent to me. Auto100 sell prestige high value cars but there warranty is nothing short of abysmal. It only covers £100 per hour labour including VAT!!!! This is a pathetic sum for any of the cars they are selling, but worse it only covers pattern parts!!!!!!!!! Who is going to buy a prestige car and fit pattern parts. The warranty didnt even cover 50% of the bill. Auto 100 were asked to contribute but claimed the coil packs were normally not covered as they were consumables!!! I am an ex mechanic and BSB mechanic, I have never heard such rubbish. With the price and type of cars they are selling the warranty should be 5 star not 1 star. Auto 100 have again been asked to contribute as they make the warranty pricing but so far nothing! If you are buying from Auto 100 ask to see the "Bluechip warranty" and check it closely. You could end up seriously out of pocket. It is definately not Blue chip. PLEASE SEE RESPONSE FROM AUTO100!!! THEY SAY I DECLINED A CHARGEABLE WARRANTY.......... I WAS NEVER OFFERED ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE FREE ONE. JUST LIES. THEY NEVER EVEN SHOWED ME THE FREE WARRANTY UNTIL THERE WAS A FAULT. ALL I CAN SAY IS BEWARE OF LIES ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL RESPONSE TO LIE AND SUGGEST I DECLINED SOMETHING. ALL I WAS TOLD IS THE CAR WAS COVERED FOR FAULTS IN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS.

I recently bought a car from Auto 100 and dealt with Adam, Anthony and another person whose name I've unfortunately forgotten. They were all very friendly and professional and the whole trade-in process went very smoothly. More importantly though, the car developed an issue shortly after purchase and, as I live a great distance from Auto 100, this resulted in my having to have it recovered to a local garage (£250), pay for the repairs and for the rental of a car as I needed one for work. I expected to have a fight on my hands but Anthony asked me to keep him in the loop all through the process, which I did, and then, once the car was repaired and I had it back he agreed to reimburse me for all the above costs with no argument. Very impressive as some garages would've have tried to avoid this and would have dragged everything on as long as possible. All in all, very pleased with everything and with my dealings with Anthony, Adam and the team.

Richard is a credit to auto 100. Having spoke on the phone at the beginning regarding the Range Rover sport I was interested in with me asking lots of questions he couldn’t have been more helpful. I wanted to give 4.5 stars being honest, but I'd rather round up than down as the experience was fine. I originally saw the M4 Competition Pack advertised on Autotrader and called Auto 100 and spoke with Chris. Top bloke, went through service history and what they do during prep of the cars. I'm a car buying veteran and have heard it all before, however getting on site, I was pleasantly surprised. The car was presented really well and the stock they had there was extremely impressive (lottery winners paradise). My only gripe was this; I was told that the car had 4 new tyres and that they were Michelin or Goodyear (whichever were fitted as standard). They are Nankang, mid range and not suited for an M4. Grip is rubbish so I'll have to switch them at some stage. Apart from that the car has been faultless so far and I've been really impressed. Would I use them again? Absolutely. Would recommend wholeheartedly. Great sales model, great premises, great staff. Thanks 👍
