Excellent communication from start to finish and car was exactly as described

Just bought my BMW M4 in Voodoo blue from Auto 100. Dealt with both Terry and Richard who were fantastic from the process of enquiry all the way through to the sale. They looked after me so much on the day & provided immaculate service. I wouldn't buy a luxury car from anyone else other than these guys. Can't recommend enough.

Shocking after service care. They don’t reply to emails with problems for over a week after having to call up about the issues. Most of the issues was meant to be dealt with before I picked the car up but wasn’t then I was told to try spraying some WD40 on it myself. The car was over £60k!! The boot was never right and I’m not referring to just wear and tear. If your going to sell these cars wether they are over 10 years old or not they need to be presented correctly. The fact that you took it to Bentley for an oil change and it stated on the invoice that a lot of the wheel nuts were rounded off and some were missing is a joke and you was advised not to drive it but did anyway so you could put cheap replacement wheel nuts on it!

Sadly I didn't get to meet Ryan. We were picked up at Winchester Station by Harry , the place itself was amazing ,the car was emaculate everybody there was so nice Carl was a legend it was more like buying a car from a friend than stranger amazing experience thank you. Highly recommend this company.

I contacted Auto100 having seen an Autotrader advert for a Mustang Bullitt. Because I live 250 miles away, I explained that I would not want to make multiple visits. I discussed the car with Auto100 on the phone and was interested in pursuing it on a cash purchase basis. They asked if I had a car fir part exchange and I provided full details of my existing Mustang. They quickly came back to me with a trade-in price, which I considered reasonable, so I discussed and agreed overall terms with them on the phone, including application of a graphene paintwork coating and extended warranty. I paid £500 to reserve the car and set a date to visit them on the basis that if I was happy with the new car, I could hand in my existing car and drive away the new one on the day of my visit. On the day I visited them, I was happy with the Bullitt and the whole transaction was completed simply and quickly. Auto100 dealt with me professionally, helpfully and in a friendly way throughout and I cannot criticise any aspect.

I contacted Auto 100 regarding a DB12 and received a trade in quote for my Bentley which was fair. I spoke to Chris , who was very helpful with all matters. I bought the Bentley off them 18 months ago so I knew the standards of their stock and how professional they were. I dually completed the deal and picked my new DB12 on Friday, I cant find the words to describe how perfect the car was on uplift. Lewis hand over the car in less than an hour. Great company 👌
