Auto 100 has an eye popping array of top marque sports cars and grand tourers. I dealt with Richard regarding a beautiful blue Bentley Flying Spur. It ticked all the boxes. I put £1,000 down to reserve it and came within a hairs breadth of buying it for cash. My business partner put the blocks on by offering me his Supersports to drive at no cost. An offer I couldn't refuse. The team at Auto 100 are thoroughly professional, Richard was first class with a great attitude. The Company returned my £1,000 within a week, no questions. Just picked up my beautiful Boxster GTS from Auto 100. From the start Chris Smith was so very helpful on phone and also came to pick me up from the train station. Arriving at their premises was immediately obvious what a top class company they are. Was offered refreshments as soon as going in and allowed to look around the amazing show room while Lewis Goidwin got all the documents ready. He then assisted me greatly sorting out my tax and signing all relevant paperwork. Would give this a 6 if available. Grateful experience and some amazing cars and genuinely lovely staff

I have just bought a Range Rover Sport from Auto 100 after seeing it advertised online. The car caught my attention straight away. I spoke with Simon on the phone who took me through the whole description of the car and the process for purchasing it and part exchanging my car. I travelled from South Wales and when i arrived i was greeted by Adam who made us feel most welcome and comfortable after our long journey. My new Range Rover was presented to me and was immaculate. I was more than impressed. Adam took me through entire purchase and explained everything. The experience was smooth and straightforward. I am so pleased with my new car and the service i received. I recently purchased a Porsche Taycan from Auto100 and encountered serious issues. The cooling system, radiator fans, and A/C system were not working. A garage inspection revealed these problems were pre-existing and noted in past diagnostics, which Auto100 ignored and proceeded to sell the car to me anyway. Additionally, there were three undisclosed outstanding recalls on the car. Auto100's response was dismissive, claiming these parts were not integral to the car's functioning and cited these as common Taycan issues. This is unacceptable, it is not Porsches issue to fix non-recall faults with the car. But Auto100 as the seller. Consumer rights state that any faults appearing within 30 days of purchase must be fixed. Despite taking thousands off my part-exchange car, Auto100 refused to cover the full repair costs for the Taycan, offering a settlement that only covered 50% of the needed repairs. They wanted the car back for inspection, but given the broken trust and a four-hour round trip, I refused. I urge potential buyers to exercise major caution when dealing with Auto100. Tom, the sales director, was particularly dismissive and rude, embodying the stereotypical, unapologetic sales persona. In summary, I was sold a car with known faults, and Auto100 did not offer to pay for the full repairs. Replacing both Taycan fans is around £3000. Save yourself the stress and think twice before purchasing from Auto100. EDIT after Auto100 reply: Porsche dealer repair was never offered, but told to avoid. I have since had a reply from Porsche CS about the fans, Tom was so adamant they would fix as a "gesture of goodwill" - their reply said "If it was a known issue or fault they'd release a recall". And to address the "loyalty" to the garage, it was a German car specialist that correctly diagnosed and fixed the issues which I had never previously dealt with, not just palming them off as "design flaws" or "essential to the cars functioning".

I bought a Lotus Emira from Chris Smith just over a month ago. I bought from Auto 100 rather than a main dealer because they had the exact car I wanted. I agreed with Chris a fair price for my BMW M440i over the phone. A few days later I collected the car which was literally as new. Before I retired last year I was a Director of one of the UK’s biggest motor group’s so I know a little bit about customer service and the motor industry. I cannot fault Chris or his team. The service I received from the staff at Auto 100 was first class from the start to finish and very easy. A phone call from Anthony after my initial enquiry, I then drove 100 miles to Auto 100. I was greeted in reception by Anthony who took me to the car I had put my deposit on. The car looked fantastic. I took the car for a test drive and all was just how a Mercedes should be. We agreed on a deal with my part exchange and from then on the process was handled by Adam, who carried out all the relevant paper work for me, including putting my private number plate on a certificate of retention and taxing the new car for me. All I had to do was ring my insurance company for cover. The new car was then driven round to my car so I could swap over the contents of my car. Adam then removed my personal number plates for me to take away. (The original plates I gave to Adam to put back on my old car) I then had the pleasure of my 100 mile drive back home in my newly purchased vehicle. Totally hassle free. After sales- The following day I experienced a problem with the car which had nothing directly to do with Auto100- they had sent the car to Mercedes for a service prior to my purchase. However, I contacted Anthony and informed him of the problem and he instructed me to return it to my nearest Mercedes dealership to get the matter put right at their cost, which I did, again totally hassle free. I can honestly say this is the best car purchasing experience I have ever had and I would not hesitate in returning for my next purchase. Thank you Anthony and Adam.

DEFLATED! We found our dream car at Auto100 and were so looking forward to picking the car up on Wednesday 12th June. We had stretched our budget to finally get our Porsche. The interaction with Richard by phone and email was very prompt and precise and couldn't fault him. Unfortunately that wasn't the case when we arrived and excited to see our new car. We were met on reception and the young gentleman took us to see the car. We were then taken to an office to complete the purchase. The young gentleman kept leaving us alone in the office saying he would be back in One Minute! On the 3rd time he left the room he was gone for over 20 minutes. My wife walked into the reception a few times with no interaction from the employees that were passing through. If our part exchange car hadn't already been taken we would have left! The young gentleman eventually returned, I made a comment to him that we thought he had gone home as he had been gone so long, to no response from him to where he had been and why we had been left so long. Feeling rather deflated we completed the purchase and left. We were anticipating the purchase of our dream car to be as special as the car, but the service we received was unacceptable. Would we have been treated the same if we were buying a Supercar? We did not feel special AT ALL. Plus the car was not cleaned properly, polishing dust all over the car, sand and dirt at the side of the back seats and on the carpet. Spending the money we just have we expected the car to be pristine. I would not recommend the experience!

I purchased a Porsche 718 Boxster GTS from Auto 100, they did a good job of cleaning the car and making it look great. Simon allowed both myself and my wife, who was unsure if she would like being in the car as a passenger go on test drives.

Bought a porsche from this company over the Internet and I am pleased to say it was everything I expected when I picked it up.
