Wouldn’t bother with this outfit. I wanted to give them a substantial amount of money for a Porsche but they were very reluctant to give me a test drive. They said they were very happy for me to make a 3 hour round trip to “have a quick look” and would give me a call back to let me know if the car was prepped for a test drive. Never heard back from them. If this is the kind of customer service you get when you are trying to give them money, imagine how bad it will be once they have your money. Very poor. Happily I bought a car from a much more professional dealer today. EDIT to response from Auto 100 - nobody even bothered calling me back or responded to me emails. Awful customer service.

I bought a Porsche Macan from this company, and it has been a disaster. The car came with serious faults: no working parking sensors, no lane departure warnings, no indicator or seatbelt sounds, and no safety alerts at all. When first I contacted the dealership, they proudly claimed that every car goes through a "150-point check." . The faults are so obvious clearly, this is a lie they dont check anything on the car. Despite taking the car to a local Porsche specialist, they were unable to fix the issues either. When I contacted them, they passed me off to claim a Bluechip warranty, only for me to find out there was no warranty—despite them promising both manufacturer and Bluechip coverage. After two months of endless emails, they told me to deal with the manufacturer myself. This dealership is built on deception and refuses to take any responsibility. If you value peace of mind and a hassle-free car buying experience, stay far away from this dealership.

Good sales experience, cars don't get a proper check before selling though. The coolant system had been overfilled by a previous BMW service centre that then ruined the injectors. Small of chance of predicting that but a level check of the fluids surely? Whilst this was being fixed, it was discovered both front tyres were severely worn in the inner edges, cords exposed on one of them. With less than 2500 miles covered since purchase, simply unacceptable.
