After approaching previous dealers and private owners who's vehicles turned out to have Mickey Mouse service history's I gave auto100 a call on a Lexus Rcf, dealt with Ryan Burke, more than helpful and the cars history was accesed while on the phone, I chose to pay in full before viewing as the car only had 18,000mls on it. Met at station, all proffesional and the car was as new. It had an mot a few days before and on returning home wasn't happy to discover that the front tyres were cracked due to age, spoke to Ryan and he agreed a refund towards them. Would definitely consider for any future purchases.

Bought what was probably their Cheapest car on the lot, however was treated the same as all their other customers and could not critisize their service in any way. From Richard during the sales, to Adam for the handover, Could not fault them or their company. A lovely place, a lovely company, and will most likely come back at some point for my next car :)

The price for my trade in was very fair whilst the Range Rover Sport I purchased was prepared to an excellent standard. The sales person was very amiable and seemingly genuine and the whole buying experience was business-like but friendly.

Had a great experience with Auto 100, a swift purchase was made and Richard & Adam were very helpful and knowledgeable. & kept me in the loop throughout the purchase. Just one gripe, as mentioned by someone else there was no attention to valet, had cob webs on the wing mirror and smear marks on the car, however my son is vehicle detailer and 3 days later my car is immaculate. Happy to give a 5 star review...thank you team!!

The experience from start to finish was first class Rich and the team were great on the day and really helpful. If I had to score them down on anything the valat was really poor smear marks in the boot the cup holders had change in from the previous owner and the arm rest inside was dirty and had Sweets left. Disappointing and didn't represent the rest of the service a quick valat sorted it out. Other than that fist rate service will definitely use again.

Tried to reserve a cayman last Saturday and agreed deposit price etc.with Chris in sales .two days later called him to confirm and pay.was told they’d sold to someone else.disappointing and in my opinion rather ungentlemanly behaviour.
