Arrived today to collect my car, was given plenty of time to examine and explore everything. Anything I wasn’t sure of was either explained or demonstrated to us and no pressure applied to make the purchase. All staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The vehicles detailing was excellent. Put a deposit down on a Porsche 911 Gts with a manual gearbox . 3 days later twisted my ankle pretty bad so unable to drive for a couple of weeks or more and as my current car is a pdk (auto) gearbox it made me rethink my options . End result being me phoning Christopher Smith and pulling out of my purchase with auto 100 . Got to say they were pretty good about it as I did mess them around , this was on the Monday , asked for my £2000 deposit back , Christopher emailed me on the Saturday to say refund is on way and on the Monday posted the receipt from the card machine as proof . Had the money back on my card on the Tuesday. So although I never ended up as of yet buying a car from auto 100 my experience with them with an almost purchase was def 5 *

From the initial phone call to reserve the vehicle. We had Constant contact ,Chris sent pictures online immediately and made an appointment to view the car in person. Every employee acknowledged us just walking from one building to the other. Very nicely specified RR Sport, well priced. Sales lead dealing with me, Chris was very helpful, however my experience was really enhanced by the problem solving ability of the manager: A minor but genuine mistake was made by the sales lead who delt with me when quoting the specification of the car, it turned the car didn't have a particular feature which he thought it had. The manager listen back through the phone conversations we had had, and made a very generous reduction to the agreed price by way or resolution, I was very happy with the outcome, and the service overall. I came back to site last week after noticing some cosmetic damage on my RR Sport upholstery a couple of weeks after purchase. Dealt with Lewis on arrival who was very pleasant and went out of his way to make sure the job was well done (which it was). On the off chance I asked if I'd be able to reach out to the local LR dealer to see if they could get hold of a hard copy of the car handbook as it was not easy for me to use the app whilst in the drive at home due to a very poor mobile signal where I live. Turns out they had one, and it was on the back seat, complete with leather storage wallet when I left to drive home, and all FOC. May only seem a small gesture, but for me it's these little touches that I'll remember when the time comes to buy my next car. Thanks again Lewis - appreciate it.
