From initial contact to driving away. we got star treatment After travelling for over 5hrs for one of there many exceptional cars we were not disappointed on standard and quality of the vehicle. Transaction was so simple and easy. Would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants good honest deal.

I bought a Jaguar F Type from Auto 100. I called them first by telephone to ask the condition. Anthony the sales manager told me that they only sold excellent cars and it was currently at a main Jaguar dealer having a service. It made me feel very comfortable dealing with them and I put down a repayable deposit. A week later I went to look at the car and it was really exceptional. Alan took me through the purchase quickly and very professionally. This company is certainly a step or 2 higher than the competition in how they operate. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for that special car.

The main thing that made my experience great was Ryan. You know the old adage about second hand car salesmen, well he was the antipathy of that cliche. He didn’t push at any stage even when I had to put the deal back a few weeks. He stayed in contact and had things organised behind the scenes. Thoroughly professional in all respects. Thank you Ryan you have certainly made it easy for me to return, however at my age I may need a slower, bigger charabang 😂

Arrived at their premises and was kindly greeted by a member of staff, tea was offered whilst they arranged for my viewing of the car. I was well impressed with the preparation of the vehicle which I immediately said yes to. We then continued to process the paperwork which did not take long and then I was on my way. a very happy person and was well impressed by the drive also. Hats off to the all staff, admin and staff that prepared the car to such a high standard. Paul C

Our experience of dealing with this company has been influenced by the post-sales service we received and the insulting manner in which the dealership manager communicated with us. Despite the extensive range of cars on offer we would not recommend Auto100 to future customers. We saw a Jaguar F-type SVR, booked an appointment and travelled 4 hours to view it. There was a huge range of cars on offer but we eventually settled on the Jag and asked for a test drive. Our request was refused several times but we persisted and eventually got a test drive. We decided to buy the car, paid the deposit and extra for ceramic coating and arranged to collect the following week once the car was MoT’d and detailed. When we returned to collect the car, there was a mark on the carbon fibre roof which appeared to be water ingress with the lacquer slightly lifted at the leading edge. Neither we nor the sales representative had noticed this before; it may have been overlooked but it may have been damaged during the detailing process. As we had no transport and our hotel was an hour away, we preferred not to walk away and debated for some time about whether to accept the car. We asked for any mitigation for the extra cost we’d incur repairing the roof but were refused. We offered to buy another car but were told nothing was available to drive away that day. We eventually decided to go ahead with the sale and paid the balance and arranged road tax. Overnight we realised we’d made the wrong decision and drove back to the dealership to ask for either a refund or a commitment to repair or replace the roof, less than 24 hours after paying for it. They refused saying that accepting the car back would cause the dealership commercial harm. We again asked for some mitigation against the repair costs as a gesture of goodwill but were refused. On returning home we consulted with the Citizens Advice Bureau and wrote to Auto100 again asking for mitigation or a full refund. Rather than the continuation of a professional relationship we received an email from the dealership director implying that we ‘wanted a free car for the day’, ‘think that we can just buy something and give it back’ and accusing us of ‘simple [sic] not acceptable behaviour’. Rather than continue with this unprofessional, unwarranted and rather childish exchange we decided to have nothing more to do with this company. As an aside, the pack given to us on completion did not include all the service history, nor the signed contract for the sale of the car – we eventually got the service history sent after 3 phone calls and an email. We’ve never received a copy of the contract.

Very friendly group of people - nothing is too much trouble looked after us when travelled up on the train to pick up our Lotus Emira. Very helpful and trustworthy - something i was initially nervous about but no need to worry - sale handled very professionally

Professional company that has quality staff willing to help and highly knowledgeable. They are also willing to go the extra step. Have a great range of cars for all price ranges. My car was sent to a main dealer for service and MOT before I bought it. Most dealers it's a local garage. Highly recommend this company.

Well from walking through the door at Auto 100 we where made to feel so welcome, Adam introduced him self then the first question was would we like tea or coffee, then we where shown through to where the car was we had gone to see, what an experience could not prays this place anymore, you need to call in and see for yourselves, thank you so much and yes we did buy the 4x4 we when for.

Dealing with Ryan Maloney pre purchase of my new Range Rover was very straightforward and communications were good. I have just picked it up and dealt with Terry Smith, whose service and knowledge was excellent. We did all the paperwork quickly including transferring a cherished number plate. A very good “buying experience” They are currently upgrading the vehicle handover area and will therefore be more in keeping with the stock that they sell. All in all I would deal with Auto 100 again.
