Sometimes we have to judge companies for how they perform when things don't quite go to plan and Auto100 showed that they reasonable, understanding and 100% fair. I was looking to buy a car and had gone as far as working with Simon to get financing approved etc. but due to last minute circumstances had to pull out of the deal, Simon was a true gentleman and fully understood and issued a full refund from the deposit with no hassle whatsoever. I even offered to deduct a partial payment from the deposit to account for the time Simon had sent talking to me on the phone and arranging finance but he refused! Would use again with no hesitation! 10/10

I can’t praise these guys highly enough. I dealt with Ryan initially via email and the phone and Terry on the day of collection of my mustang and both were exceptionally honest professional and above all gentlemen. They provided me with plenty of help, advice and guidance going forward also. I had to come halfway across the country and was part exchanging my vehicle which caused no issues whatsoever, in fact everything was so smooth and quickly dealt with I was home in time for dinner. After having bought an Audi A8 from Auto 100 some three years ago I went back to them to buy a Mercedes S 500 coupe. Whilst the first experience was ok, the recent one was the exact opposite...close to as bad as it gets. An indifferent sales person (Chris), who seemed more concerned about his outfit than a client, a car that turned out to have a shock absorber missing, and when returned repaired from the company (with hardly any communication) after two weeks, had a strong rattle in the place where they had fixed the shock absorber...and when asking my local garage what I should do he immediately told me to return the car - as he felt the car had not been looked after and had most likely been in an accident...and with regard to the rattle he had no idea what caused it. So a waste of time, energy and money, and I will never return to Auto 100. Something not quite right there
