I had almost forgotten I purchased the warranty and contacted Ion bottles right away. Franz helped me get the process started on getting my replacement and even helped with changing my shipping address after I realized my old address was selected instead for the replacement order.

More discouraging still was the odd smell that was emanating from the bottom of the bottle, which permeated the taste of the water. I cannot imagine purchasing another product from this company again and will dissuade anyone I know from purchasing from ionbottles

Unfortunately, my replacement was defective and I needed another one. Sherwin with Customer service was awesome in getting me another one. I am super excited to start using my ion bottle again.

Spain | 03 October 2024Bottle paint started chipping before the first year. I waited to long to reach out to them and of course it was out of warranty. I feel the product is not of good quality and the paint chipping a healthy hazard. They dont stand behind product. I would not buy from this company again. they are many other options with better product quality.

United States | 02 October 2024My bottle was defective from the second day I contacted the company they gave me excuse after excuse I needed their power charging cord, yes I used their power charging cord didn't charge, So the bottle wouldn't charge it sat on my kitchen counter for a few months I came home it was dark and the bottle was glowing with a red light, I was dang it woke up. So I plugged in the charger and a few hours the light turned green so I filled the bottle with water so see if of would work. And water started to run out of the charging port. My order #21336 I hate this company and their product

I don’t like drinking out of plastic or metal, so this is perfect. Plus, I’m really looking forward to seeing the difference that the Hydrogen makes.

I was sent the wrong glass twice, each time taking 3 weeks for delivery so after nearly 9 weeks I finally got the correct glass, and I am using the bottle agai.

I accidentally broke the glass insert and once I received it and screwed it in the bottle leaked. I reached out and received a quick response with helpful suggestions. However it still leaked so Ion bottles sent me a new one. I would definitely recommend this company for their products and customer service!!
