Excellent experience selling our car to Bigwantsyourcar. They offered a good price and processed everything quickly and efficiently. The driver arrived on time, did his appraisal, and we received the money before he left (all in about an hour). We received the price quoted over the phone. Other reviews slating them for not giving the price offered is down to the seller not being honest and upfront about the condition of the car. I was honest and highlighted any marks and didn't disclose anything from them to save messing about. I would definitely use again in future.

I have tried to use other ‘car buying’ companies, including the one most people know, and the experience was not good, with lots of haggling. Bigwantsyourcar (despite the cheesy name) were completely different. They actually approached me after seeing my advert on autotrader, and offered the asking price. I thought this was too good to be true, but it turned out to be the price I received after only 20 minutes to confirm my description was accurate. Admittedly I set the price low to beat the part exchange value I had been offered, but I was still very impressed and received the money instantly. I think I’ll use them to buy next time. Billy was phenomenal. Give that guy a pay rise. From start to finish, it was so easy, Billy was on hand for anything and everything. Supporting me right the way through until collection and even checked on the day to make sure everything was going to plan. Offered more than anywhere else for the value - just be honest with any damage or issues and you’ll get the price they agree with you. I entered my vehicle details online and was provided with a price range based on the information given by myself. I was then invited to submit images and documentation. Lastly a firm and guaranteed offer was provided. I proceeded to arrange collection. I only had to wait two working days. The car was inspected upon arrival by the representative who was very helpful & professional. After a short conversation on the telephone with the office I was told that the price offered would be paid and minutes later received my receipt via email. The whole process was simple with excellent communication throughout. My advice is use this company if you need to sell a vehicle. I also went to the competition who are constantly advertising on tv and frankly they were a joke. Complete lack of professionalism and the price offered to the one suggested was way off!

Dealing with BWYC has been seamless from start to finish. They don’t harass you and give you a fair price. They came within a few days and do a thorough check but so long as you are honest, they will not blanket knock you down like all the others. The inspecting agent was very polite and helpful. Went with this company for my car. Went through all checks and nothing was wrong with the car. Cold day, cold diesel engine and apparently the noise of the engine didn't sound right despite no lights on dashboard they rejected my car. Waste of everyone's time, pictures, paperwork all uploaded. Definitely put me off using these buying from your home companies forever. Never again.
