Great! I sent pics of my car and detailed all of the damage online in 5 mins. As I did this, they quoted accurately based on the actual state of the car which meant there was no change in price when the man came to inspect it. This price was more than I was offered elsewhere. The collection was swift - Sean was very polite and helpful. He inspected the car and spoke openly about what he checks and why. He even helped educate me about things to look for when buying another car. The payment completed within a minute and Sean loaded the car. He helped me tell the DVLA I’d sold my car before leaving which meant everything completed in an hour! Very happy customer :)

Had a little bit of hesitance with using companies that buy cars like WBAC/Motorway etc having been stung and haggled massively before without justification!! Unfortunately selling higher value cars privately is not the done thing anymore. Dealt with Lily, she asked me what we were expecting to get for the car, and she came back with an offer £350 less which was more than manageable when other companies had come in at unrealistically less than what we wanted and what the vehicle is worth. Agreed to accept that offer, docusign was sent over, we had to remove a private plate from the car so was worried that the offer would expire but lily kindly extended the offer to allow for the new V5 to arrive. Once all the paperwork signed and sent back, we had a prompt phone call to book the collection in and then a courtesy call the day before collection to make sure everything was ok. Lee arrived to collect the car, really friendly and genuine guy, took photos of the car, spoke to the office and everything agreed at the offer that was given. Really pleased with the service we received and has restored our faith in these car buying companies. Thank you.

A few days before, i panicked as i had been offered silly prices from other Motor traders but BWYC gave me a great price and made my day.
