Sent photos of my car to BWYC. They agreed a price over the phone straight away. After which they came to have a look and gave me the full amount they agreed beforehand. They then took the car away at the same time. All in all a fantastic experience.

The process was smooth, a few emails, a fantastic driver Jonathan turns up, take photos, short test drive, calls the company to confirm the car was good. I get paid, he drives away. Jonathan found a few tiny body issues I hadn't highlighted, a small scratch to the paintwork and a few cosmetic dings to the bumper. I was fully expecting to be told the price was going to decrease, but not a penny. If you want to deal with a no hassle company look no further. I was sceptical as I'd never heard of Big Wants Your Car before (I understand they're relatively new) but the whole experience I have had with them has been brilliant - they even kept beating offers I was getting from other sites so I got a really good price for my car in the end. It's a 3rd party who comes to collect it and the driver (Mark) was very polite and thorough checking over it (which is understandable). No issues apart from a small scratch I hadn't even noticed but he said that would polish out no problem. Long story short I got the price I was offered and the staff I spoke to on the other end of the phone were all fantastic (Taylor being one of them apologies I can't remember the rest of you by name but thanks (Peugeot 3008 sale)). One of the competing offers was from a 'proper' car dealership and the guy was so agitated and short with me which stressed me out a bit - this was the complete opposite of what I got when I spoke with BWYC on the phone. So thanks team for making this an almost stress-free experience (selling a car can never be completely stress-free in my opinion). PS Payment was super quick and easy. They will message you a link to put in a few details of the sale and it redirects you to your own bank's website so you can't 'accidently type in the wrong details'. Fantastic and it arrived within 60 seconds with Faster Payments.

What can I say absolutely amazed with how slick and simple the process of selling my car was. I was very hesitant about selling my car on one of these websites but it was very easy. From the initial search online to find a competitive quote through to collection. I was fully satisfied with the valuation, good communication. A full detailed inspection was untaken and fully explained how I would receive my money which was a very simple process.

A very helpful gentleman came to my home to collect details of my car and confirm the purchase price. Funds were received 5 minutes later. What a pleasant experience compared to other companies who try to maximise the price reduction! Painless.
