I first spoke with Billy on Monday who valued my car at higher than I expected, my car was collected on Wednesday and my positive equity was paid before the car left and my finance was settled by Friday. A really easy process from start to finish. Chose BWYC after being let down by a dealer through Motorway. The sales assistants were extremely helpful both on the phone and by email, which made the selling process very easy. The collection itself was very smooth with Brucey explaining everything as he went along. Definitely recommend.

Honestly, I cannot recommend these guys more highly! I was expecting selling my car to be a soul destroying experience of being ground down on price by (sorry to say) sharks. But it was quite the opposite… excellent customer service, a very fair price, and an incredibly straightforward transaction. When Bruce got here to appraise it there was no quibbling or trying to knock the price down. The process was very smooth. Bigwantsyourcar gave me a reasonable quote which I felt was fair compared to other companies offering me silly money, I accepted my offer and provided a few pictures, I then was sent a docusign which was straight forward and very soon after signing they arranged to collect my car 2 days later. The man turned up and was lovely, we left him with the keys and he did the checks needed, at this point I thought they were going to haggle/reduce the offered price but no, he knocked on the door and said I should have a document to send the negative equity to them and they offered what was agreed. The car was then taken and only 2 working days later the finance was settled on the car. It all went really smooth and I am very grateful that it wasn't a stressful experience.

Great service throughout the whole process

I had a friendly, transparent and straightforward car sale to BWYC. Particular shout out to Andy on pick up who was great. There's loads of similar online companies these days but I'd go to these guys first the next time we sell our car.

I found the whole process from start to finish absolutely top drawer, BWYC gave me a competitive offer and higher than other car buying sites. Flavia went through everything with me and then a collection date was agreed. On collection day Jim phoned me with an ETA and arrived bang on time, again very professional and explained how his part of the process worked. After Jim’s inspection and report I spoke to Jonny who explained how the money would be transferred - an email arrived a few minutes later with links etc to bank - the money was transferred within 2 minutes, I will definitely recommend BWYC to friends and family, my sister will be selling her car in the next 3/4 months and will defo be in touch.
