Remaining finance settled. If you have positive equity they pay you on the spot before the car is loaded onto the van. Effortless and stresses experience. Would recommend for a quick sale. The only way I believe I could have received more would be selling private…. But quick sale was more appealing for me.

This is excellent. Everyone I spoke to on the phone at this company is professional, polite, honest and no time waste at all. All very clear comprehensive and easy from start to finish. From loading up my car photos to being given a firm price every contact with the company was quick and efficient. Recently sold my 2019 Ford focus with this company. After looking on several other companies websites I contacted Big motoring to see what price they could offer. After talking with Billy who was very friendly and enthusiastic I decided to accept their offer. They collected the car within 2 days . The car was thoroughly checked and loaded onto a van. The funds were transferred quickly. Unfortunately the lady on the phone did try and knock the price slightly but was understanding when I explained I had included so many photos that they should have noticed a couple of scratches. My only criticism of dealing with this company was they could only offer me a day slot and not give me an approx time. My advice is add plenty of photos and be honest. Overall very good.

I went through their whole process only to be told ‘we don’t want your car’. Bear in mind they have all the details, age and model before they pestered me everyday to let them ‘buy your car for a guaranteed sum’. The car is mint condition, so zero surprises and they came back with ‘we don’t want it’ after putting me through the arduous, documents and photos process. They should have just said in the original application, ‘we don’t want your make and model’. Fine. But I wasted the time and effort for nothing. Save yourself the time and use motorway or WEBAC, at least they are serious buyers, not like these amateurs.
