The guy that picked up my car was excellent very helpful understanding he called me a couple of times to give etas he helped me with all the process from start to finish also I spoke with a young girl in the office to confirm my email address phone number she was also very helpful I will not hesitate to use this company again in the future excellent team.

I sent them pictures on Tuesday, got a guaranteed offer an hour later (which was slightly more than others), and the car was picked up on Thursday and was paid exactly what was quoted. I was contacted by BigWantsYourCar after listing my car on Autotrader. They made me a fair offer, which I accepted. They never asked for any additional photos or details, as the car was already listed on Autotrader. They quickly sent me the paperwork to sign and arranged collection. On the scheduled day, a driver came to inspect the car and conduct an appraisal. He claimed the headlights had minor scratches and would need replacing. However, the car had just passed a recent MOT and service at Audi with no issues, so this seemed questionable to me. I personally saw no problem with the headlights. I wish I could add photos of the headlights plus the car . The driver passed this information along to BigWantsYourCar, but they still insisted on reducing my original offer by £1000 to cover the supposed headlight replacement, which was frankly ridiculous given the car’s excellent condition. I told them to get off the drive and stop wasting my time . The whole process felt like a complete waste of time. In the end, I’m glad I didn’t accept their offer, as I sold the car the very next day for a significantly higher price. Their loss, not mine. I definitely won’t be using them again.
