Sold my car through BWYC, totally hassle free, highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻

The whole process just worked, which doesn't happen as often as it should as a consumer! Was offered a good price for my car and got paid exactly what was quoted. Thank you to Andy who arrived when he said he would, evaluated the car and wrapped the whole process up in an hour or so. Also thank you to Lilly for sorting out the admin details from the office. Both are a credit to the company. If you are up front with any issues and don't try to hide anything then you will get the price that you get quoted. Simple as.

I sold my car through BWYC. I got contacted by one of their team members and agreed to the price. I was given an option to drop the car to the local Big Motoring World(part of BWYC). Conner there was very helpful and the process of payment was simple. I got my payment, handed over the car. I am overall happy with the service, my only reservation is that they ask too many documents to be sent to them including V5 which we are not supposed to share unless car is sold. I am sure they can look into this and make the process even simpler. Taylor Mansford has been excellent in dealing with my queries.

I brought my little fiesta into the sales department in Gillingham a lovely gentleman named Mark Osborne Checked my vehicle over he’s customer service skills were so outstanding and then the manager Adrian, came out to greet me with mark both characters had a laugh and a joke with me and made me feel so comfortable Gave me a reasonably good offer, so I accepted so a big shout out to Mark and Adrian, well done You’re amazing thank from mrs j Sterry

Excellent service I fully expected to be let down, for them to arrive and look to haggle. But I was wrong, the price they quoted was the one I received, they came inspected the car and I had the full amount in my account before they left. 100% will use again

Staff were all lovely! Steve picked my car up and was very informative, puts you at ease and was very helpful. The downsides were that when it came to looking/collecting car took longer than I thought (1 hour) but was told this in the day before they arrived. The other downside is that they wanted to drop the price a little which on my first call was confirmed, 2nd call before arriving to look at the car they said it wasn’t confirmed. They did however stick to the price they offered in the end. Payment went through easily an quickly.

They're a waste of time. The inspector flagged the VIN for not being clearly visible due to coating or something similar, but I know there's no issue with the car. When I reached out to Motorway, the selling process was far better and simpler. I recommend using Motorway instead.
