First off a decent price was offered and great people to talk and deal with. I also had a choice of dates for collection and the guy,who collected it was professional and great guy.

Very good communication and as they are buying the car there were no auctions to wait for. Got a price on Monday, car collected on Thursday, no hassle, everything explained and the guy collecting it was very good and explained everything. For anyone wondering if you should sell with Big wants your car, just do it. Although they aren't high profile like some sites refreshingly hassle free experience and when can you say that when buying or selling a car. Great service from start to finish and a good price (way better than “we buy any car”) plus no admin fee’s. Unless you have mis-described your car, what they offer is what you get in your bank account. You initially upload a number of pictures of your car, They come back with a valuation. Ben was very helpful explaining the stages if you do accept the offer. Not pushy at all. If you decide to go ahead they arrange to come to the house to check it over and collect it in a luton type van. Jamie was very efficient, calling ahead to give an ETA. Once there he checked the car over thoroughly takes lots of pictures. Then explains he will send them off to head office to confirm the offered valuation. He waits in the van, leaves you all the paperwork and the keys until its all confirmed, this took 20 mins then the money comes into your account almost immediately, he then comes back deals with paperwork and loads up your car. Don’t think the process could be any easier, would definitely use again

Andy who came to collect my car was very pleasant and helpful and guided me through the process on the day. The only slight disappointment was the reduced offer price by the team due to a scuff on the front bumper which was evident in photos previously provided by myself and should have been considered by BIG when making their offer initially. Overall though, a good experience at a stressful time for me personally.
