Big Motoring World offered a higher price than dealers via auction sites, Motorway and CarWow. Really easy process and a friendly logistics team who picked the car up and provided prompt payment there and then. A really excellent service.

Very efficient service with attentive pleasant staff. A slight issue with IT admin but this was resolved quickly, without inconvenience. The whole process was very reassuring from the point of application to the day of the collection of the vehicle. Highly recommend.

I was contacted by BigWantsYourCar, due to my car being for sale on Autotrader. They offered me a fair amount for the car, which I accepted. They never asked me for any photographs or information about any body work damage or windscreen chips / cracks. They quickly sent me documents to sign and arranged collection. A driver from Driiveme arrived on the day, to inspect the vehicle and complete an appraisal. He tried saying the clutch was high, as well as stating the gearstick felt loose, and that it was difficult to put in reverse. This is coming from the person who stalled the car, kept putting it in too high a gear, and drove over a speed bump too fast, stating it “come out of nowhere”. He claimed a stone chip would be an issue, as well as said something about the engine not sounding right. However, the car has only just had a recent MOT and service, with no issues being identified. In my opinion, there is also no problem with the clutch or gears. This information was passed on to BigWantsYourCar, who then refused to buy the car, not even offering less money. I feel like the whole process has been a total waste of time. The driver found faults that weren’t even there, and I feel some of this could have been prevented if BigWantsYourCar asked more questions before offering a price. I definitely would not use them again.

This service couldn't have been easier. Was happy with valuation and didn't try to knock quote down when inspected. Bruce was very helpful as well as office staff.

Wouldn't take the car because key battery was dead. Claimed the screen wash and windscreen wipers weren't working, only because they didn't close the bonnet properly. Complete waste of time. I have spare batteries and the key works. I shut the bonnet and the screen wash and wipers all work fine. Pointless exercise. Perhaps train your staff better. Even more pointless to copy and paste responses to my review. Can't even add a personal touch. What a useless company.
