Was a reluctant sale but the price offered was the best online. Staff helpful and talked me through the process. When Kevin turned up this morning he was very professional and thorough with checking my car. He was able to recommend the price offered and guided me through the process on receiving payment. He remained with me whilst payment was made which was almost instant. An easy process overall but very sad watching my pride and joy being loaded into a transporter.

This was my first experience of selling online as I have always part exchanged my cars in the past so I was a bit apprehensive even though I had done quite a bit of research. I must say the whole process was as smooth and easy as it could get and all the staff at BigWantsYourCar were brilliant. I had an initial online quotation that was a range. This was firmed up by uploading photos of the car and a follow-up call to agree the final amount, all happening within minutes. I had read that online companies always try to reduce the price when they come to collect the car but it was obvious from the moment Martin and Shaun turned up that was never going to be the case. They were highly professional and true gentlemen. Following their inspection of the car and confirmation of the information I had provided previously, the money was transferred to my account instantly before I handed the keys over. Fantastic. I would highly recommend.

I was nervous about using Big but didn’t need to be. Process was smooth and easy! Uploaded all the details - was very honest and expressed some damage to the car, sent pics and a quote I had received to have this fixed! Was asked what I was looking for and gave the price. (Granted was a good price I asked for as wanted a quick sale) WBAC offered £10k without the damage, I asked for £9.5k with the damage. (which was deep scratches to both front and rear bumper) Was sent an offer of £22k in error which was hilarious and quickly made to the £9.5 I asked for, genuine mistake Lisa was lovely! Juda arrived and the inspection took nearly an hour - at this point I was convinced it was going to be ‘we want to lower the offer’ but they came on the phone, offered the 9.5k sent me a link and before they had even left the drive the money was in my bank! So glad I used these guys they were honest and reasonable - I think in the 2nd hand motor trade you the seller also has to be honest and realistic! Companies buying your second hand car are not going to give ‘market value’ because they need to make a bit when they sell on! If your honest and accept the price will be lower for the quick sale, you’re winning! Overall thanks BWYC would defiantly used again!

Good service from start to finish. I was offered a fair price (compared to others). They collected the car when they said and paid the agreed amount. Still not as much as I'd have liked but that's to be expected if selling to a car buying company. I would recommend

Selling an expensive car is always a bit stressful but using Big Car was as easy and stress free as you’d hope for. The price offered was very reasonable and the process was seamless. The office agreed the date of collection and a team of 2, Steve Janman and Dave Ashley, showed up on time and did the inspection. At no point did they try and change the offer and within minutes of them finishing my money was in my account. Highly recommend!

It started off well with Lizzie contacting me. They offered me £100 more for sending in photos that day... Great 👍 Had a great price of £7600 which I was over the moon with. All documents signed and sent back, communication great 👍. Car pick up arranged. Pick up arrived inspected the car with fine tooth comb... I'd missed a scratch on the back which they did not like, started the engine, phoned someone else to listen to engine. Sent photos to manager and dropped the price by £600!!!! For a small scuff/scratch. I wasn't there my husband was there, he called me, I wasn't happy that no further negotiation had been made. Someone phoned me to talk to me I said of my disgust at this and said they could drop £300 I would agree to that. That was refused and no budging. My little car was amazing condition It's terrible how they treated me & there was no negotiation.... I had to get rid of my car that day.... they had me over a barrel. Please be careful using this company, the final amount you agree may well not be what you will receive on the day. So disappointed and upset 😡.

Just sold my car via BigWantsYourCar Bruce was the collection handler for the car - lovely guy, explained everything, in an out within 1hr of arrival to the car. Great service, will do it again later down the line.

I uploaded my car details to seven different companies, and BigWantsYourCar.com came out on top, with the best offer by far. I uploaded photos of my car via their link, and within a couple of minutes, an acceptable offer was made. I was then forwarded a link to upload copies of ID, V5C, service history, and signature. Within a couple of minutes I received their signed agreement. On the agreed collection date, my vehicle was checked over very thoroughly, they would put the police forensic team to shame. In fairness, I think one of them was learning the ropes. Due to a few scuffs on the alloy wheels, the original offer price was reduced by £100, this was most acceptable. Once the price was agreed, the money was transferred to my bank account instantly. The 3 or 4 people I spoke with from start to finish were all very customer friendly and very easy to talk with.
